VistaServ has a promise that they will be here within 60 minutes or less to solve any problems. Typically, we get a return phone call from them within 3-5 minutes and depending on the severity of the issue – they have always arrived between 20 and MAYBE 40 minutes and always solved the issue as soon as they got here.
